Return & Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation email or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@keepupmoving.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that, if there is no way of identifying your return, we are unable to process a refund. We therefore require that a copy of your confirmation of order email or receipt be printed out and placed inside your package before it is sent back to us. If you do not have access to a printer, please write your full name and order number on a sheet of paper and enclose this instead.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and will let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. 

Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
